The second edition of European Festival of Quires was organized in some of the most important cities of Albania during May, 2009 in the framework of the European Cultural Week. During the three days of its organization the festival 9 choirs of 20 to 25 people performed. They were followed by a considerable audience generating more publicity to the city itself.
