Last years in Korca there has been a development in industry. In the past Korca has been a developed industrial-agricultural country. Nowadays it is developed the light industry and the food industry which is represented by small factories as well as workshops. We can mention here flour factories, factories for the processing of fruits and vegetables (Bilisht), small factories for the processing of animal farming products., factories of beer and wine where “Korca” beer is the most prominent and famous in the whole Albania.
